What happened
While preparing for TR Leak Checks and operating latches employee noticed dust and grime drip on their face. Employee left the aircraft and removed safety glasses to rinse face and then began to experience pain and burning in the left eye. Employee applied eye drops which relieved the pain temporarily but burning sensation came and went throughout the end of the shift. Employee sought medical attention after their shift to ensure no debris was still present in the eye. Rx meds
