What happened
AMT was performing Under cowl inspection on both engines on a [REDACTED]. Upon pumping up the core cowl of the last engine employee was on his knees. While closing up the core cowl employee was on his knees again and when he proceeded to get up he felt a discomfort in his left knee Employee stated that it felt like a numbness in his left knee only. Employee attempted to walk it out however [REDACTED] employee felt a strain or a pull in his left knee. At that time employee proceeded to let his lead know and was taken to TechOps health central.
