WHILE RELOCATING A SHEET METAL BRAKE USING A DOLLY IN THE NEW DEPARTMENT 253 SHOP AT [REDACTED] THE DOLLY BECAME CAUGHT ON AN EXPANSION JOINT. THIS CAUSED THE BRAKE TO BECOME UNSTABLE AND TIP. THE EMPLOYEE SUSTAINED A LEFT ANKLE INJURY WHILE ATTEMPTING TO PREVENT THE BRAKE FROM FULLY TIPPING OFF THE DOLLY AND ONTO ANOTHER EMPLOYEE. [REDACTED]
