EE was [REDACTED]complishing a waste box repair on [REDACTED] 8133. This process has you removing 300+ fasteners an internal doubler and an internal waste box. During the injury EE had already removed all the parts and was working on the bench att[REDACTED]hing br[REDACTED]kets to the new waste box. 1 rivet was not installed properly so EE began drilling it out and went to take a closer look to make sure the drill bit was on center. EE blew the drill shavings out of the way and they went in his eye. EE was driven to the ER to have the aluminum removed from their eye. RX meds
