EE was in the hallway at [REDACTED] 389 removing a box from the rack. When EE attempted to slide the box off of the rack something inside the box rolled causing their arm to drop. EE felt pain instantly in their arm and neck and notified a lead. EE was taken to health central where they were treated with ice and cleared to return to work. Restrictions RX meds and stretching
