What happened
[REDACTED] at [REDACTED] [REDACTED] and [REDACTED] worked the mail area together. [REDACTED] opened the BMC from one side and locked the sliding door as [REDACTED] locked the other side of the BMC. [REDACTED] noticed that one lock was bent. [REDACTED] moved the BMC and the lock came loose. The door of the BMC fell on top of [REDACTED] 's head. [REDACTED] mentioned to [REDACTED] that he felt pain in the neck region from the impact of the BMC door. [REDACTED] felt dizzy and sat down. [REDACTED] mentioned his vision became blurry and his neck started to hurt. [REDACTED] the GSA provided [REDACTED] with some ice for his neck. He also drove him to Concentra Urgent Care located at [REDACTED]. [REDACTED] came back with paperwork from the doctor
