What happened
EE was watching customers deplane at [REDACTED] when a customer attempted to go back on board to retrieve a forgotten item. EE told the customer that they could not go back down and the customer ignored her. EE attempted to go intercept the customer when she stepped wrong on her foot causing her ankle to roll. EE continued to work thinking it was a minor issue and dispatched the outbound flight before realizing the situation was worse.
