She saw 2 oversized duffle bags that were to be brought to BSO office and were in front of the office toward the baggage stage area. She states the bags were at least 4 feet long. She lifted one bag and dropped it because it was too heavy. She picked up the other oversized duffle and felt pull. (attachment is her email from past regarding her past non-work-related injury)
