At approximately [REDACTED] on [REDACTED] Agent [REDACTED] was in the bin of [REDACTED] utilizing a powerstow to stack bags into Bin 2. He states that after lifting a heavy duffle bag he felt a sharp pain from his neck through it right shoulder. He didnt think anything of it until his next flight which was [REDACTED] and realized he felt pain in his right shoulder when he held his arm up to unlock the bin nets. At around [REDACTED] he informed OSM [REDACTED].
