Bag Handling

[REDACTED] was working on outbound flight DL1386 at [REDACTED]. He was the ALA of the flight and during the process of loading the bags onto the belt loader a strap of one of the bags got stuck on the handrail. Despite this he continued to load the bags. At that moment there were two bags on the belt loader. The second bag bumped into the first stuck bag causing it to cascade to the left of the belt loader. [REDACTED] extended his left arm to brace the bag from falling off the belt loader but misjudged the weight of the bag and it continued to fall causing discomfort to his left shoulder.
