What happened
While working INTL bag room EE was attempted to rearrange bags in [REDACTED] (roughly 20 bags loaded). EE was placing bags in front of him which resulted in no space. When reaching over to grab a bag to reposition it EE injured himself. During investigation EE stated he had originally injured himself on [REDACTED]. EE did not report this and waived it off as insignificant as the pain was minor. EE was coming up to time off through a swap on [REDACTED] and his RDOs on [REDACTED] and [REDACTED].
