What happened
At approximately [REDACTED] [REDACTED] [REDACTED]. An employee was working to remove cabin sky tile from aircraft 3124. The employee stated while pulling carpet with a carpet puller (pliers) he felt a muscle starting to strain in his right upper arm shoulder area. The employee stopped and contacted the leads. After the leads arrived at the aircraft they asked the employee how he was feeling and if he needed immediate medical attention or if he could want until [REDACTED] central open at [REDACTED] to open. The employee agreed to wait for the [REDACTED] central to open to get medical attention. The employee was also advised to place ice on the affected area as he waited for [REDACTED] central to open.
