What happened
EE was attempting to close a bin and requested assistance from a passenger because it was heavy. EE lifted a bag up and was in an awkward position because of mechanics passing by. EE was unable to sustain the bag due to its weight. She felt pain in the right shoulder upper arm and right upper chest (clavicle area). The passenger took the bag from her and placed it in the next bin. APPEARANCE of INJURY: Normal appearance. Presenting Complaint: Right ARM - UPPER Right CHEST CHEST WALL Right SHOULDER Mechanism of Injury: Strain or Injury By Lifting. Provider referral.
