Based on initial investigation: [REDACTED] Agent was offloading flight #680 then drove a tug with one pallet attached to one transporter towards Cargo Agent [REDACTED]. He was standing outside of his vehicle waiting for the transporter with one pallet and detached the transporter from the tug. At that time [REDACTED] Agent Pulled the tug forward and hit Cargo Agent [REDACTED] with the side of the transporter.
