What happened
On [REDACTED] employee [REDACTED] reported an incident while working on [REDACTED] in the bagroom. While the EE was standing near the first cart a [REDACTED] EE was driving carts onto the neighboring [REDACTED]. As the [REDACTED] EE proceeded to enter [REDACTED] his carts hit our Delta carts at [REDACTED] pushing forward all connected carts. As a result of this [REDACTED] was hit by the first cart and landed on the ground. [REDACTED] mentioned that he felt pain on his left arm and his lower back time after.
