What happened
[REDACTED] at [REDACTED]: reports EE was backing up with the carts to get them back to the galley. The pilot alerted that there was turbulence expected. As EE was pulling the cart the turbulence hit the place the cart tipped and hit EE on her RIGHT lower leg and RIGHT knee.
