While offloading ULD containers from a [REDACTED] the EE observed that the rollers were INOP. Although [REDACTED] was notified and involved the EE proceeded to manually remove the containers. During the process the EE experienced a sudden numbness accompanied by a sharp hot pain in the lower back.
