What happened
On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] the EE experienced difficulty while attempting to pick MPN 251N3182-8 Unit Rubber Power control located in bin AG-07-06-C in Section 02AD. The EE reported back discomfort to the Lead and initially stated the discomfort did not occur at work. The Lead advised the EE to visit Health Central for evaluation. The EE proceeded to Health Central at approximately [REDACTED] requested Biofreeze for the discomfort and subsequently returned to work. On [REDACTED] the EE reported that the discomfort had persisted and requested to return to Health Central. At that time the EE then stated that the injury had occurred during the previous days work activities. Restrictions
