What happened
While working [REDACTED] inbound at approximately [REDACTED] [REDACTED] was on the ground pulling a pallet of the loader and felt a strain on his left shoulder. [REDACTED] continued to work. [REDACTED] thought it was something minor and can shake it off. At around [REDACTED] [REDACTED] saw me driving around and briefly told me about what he felt but continued working. [REDACTED] finished his shift and went home. [REDACTED] felt no pain or discomfort by the end of his shift. [REDACTED] went to bed with no issues. [REDACTED] got up out of bed with some discomfort. Pain gradually increased and got worse by [REDACTED] took himself to the urgent care. [REDACTED] was told by the Dr. it could have been strain and was given a prescription for pain and sleep.
