What happened
EMPLOYEE WAS WORKING ON A [REDACTED] REFUEL DEFUEL PANEL. HE NEEDED TO GET A SCREW FROM THE LINE SHOP AND LEFT THE AIRCRAFT BY GOLF CART TO HEAD BACK TO THE SHOP. AFTER LEAVING THE SHOP AND WHILE REVERSING THE GOLF CART THE MOMENTUM CAUSED THE GOLF CART TO FLIP OVER. THE DOOR CAME OFF FROM THE CART AND THE EMPLOYEE 'S LEFT FOOT GOT JAMMED UNDER THE CART. EMPLOYEE WAS WEARING SEAT BELT AT THE TIME OF THE INCIDENT. TWO OTHER EMPLOYEES HELPED LIFT THE CART IN ORDER TO FREE THE INJURED EMPLOYEE 'S FOOT. EMPLOYEE REPORTED FEELING PAIN IN HIS LEFT ANKLE AND WAS UNABLE TO PUT WEIGHT ON IT.
