Staging Conveyances

While performing duties in the yard involving the movement of aircraft parts an employee from International Shipping requested assistance from the Employee (EE). The EE was instructed to reposition a side loader cart that was obstructing access to a crate. During the repositioning attempt the EE grasped the carts handle and applied force to move it. During this action the EE lost grip on the handle stumbled backward and subsequently lost balance. To prevent a fall the EE extended both arms backward to brace themselves. Immediately thereafter the EE reported experiencing acute pain in the wrist and forearm area. Another employee promptly entered the facility to obtain assistance. The EE was then taken to TOHC Fx Rx lost time
