What happened
On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] Agent [REDACTED] sustained an injury after missing a step and falling while turning to step off his pier in the bag room. He felt immediate pain in both hands wrists pinky fingers ribs and especially his right knee. Despite the fall Agent [REDACTED] completed his shift and continued working the following two days. [REDACTED] did not report the injury until [REDACTED] on [REDACTED]. When asked about the delay in reporting the agent stated he was partially embarrassed and initially believed home treatment would be sufficient. However due to persistent pain and swellingparticularly in the ribs right knee and right pinkyhe is now considering seeking medical attention and formally reported the injury on [REDACTED].
