At approximately [REDACTED] employee [REDACTED] was walking on the ramp when she fell off a curb hitting her right knee. In an attempt to cushion her fall she landed on both her right and left hands sustaining bruises and bleeding. [REDACTED] reported experiencing pain in her right knee. And her arm. EE statement: I had just taken a Leo form to Ops and decided to walk outside along the building back toward our break room at [REDACTED]. I fell off of one of the walkway curbs falling to the ground. I scraped open my left palm and my right knee. As I fell I used both arms to try to break my fall and my right arm hurts as well.
