Before the incident
EE#1 at Final Out was installing vents on a (HR) when he was bending down to install roller track another team member #2 was working on cutting the 2x2 wood that is used to protect the flange during the shipping process. EE#2 walked over with the 2x2 in hand and slid it across the window and it slipped off of the window and EE#1 right in the top of his head. Looking at the video it looks like the end of the 2x2 dropped 2 1 2 feet before hitting EE#1 in the head. EE#1 walked off after this happened and reported the accident. After consultation with Medcor EE is taken for medical evaluation.
