Before the incident
EE was installing screws and patching corners on tall skinny units while standing on the step stool. As EE could not reach from the step stool EE stood on the cart of glass. As EE was finishing the task EE lost balance and EE fell from the cart 10inches off the ground. EE tried to brace the fall by putting left foot on the ground and by doing this EEs left ankle was twisted. Initially EE didnt report any limp or complaining. EE went to local ER [REDACTED] due to swelling. EE came onsite [REDACTED] and after consultation with Medcore sent to hospital for follow up
