Was shutting down the cooker for candy canes.

EE came to assist new cook with shutting down cooker and new cook did not follow proper procedures and the EE placed tubs under spout to catch hot candy from cooker and went to move the tub of hot candy poured onto his left wrist area between his gloves and long sleeves causing a burn to this area.

Second degree burn to the left wrist area.

While assisting to drain upper dome opened the top dome to drain out hot candy and moved the tub of hot candy and hot candy fell onto left wrist causing a 2nd degree burn.
