[REDACTED] was taking a pallet off the line. There was an empty pallet in front of a full pallet that was being pushed forward. [REDACTED] walked around and proceeded to pick up the empty pallet and did not notice the full pallet was moving forward. [REDACTED] reached down to pick up the pallet and his finger got caught in between the forklift and the pallet
