Before the incident
[REDACTED] was working on the tanks in [REDACTED] pumping strawberry puree to flavor the mix. She was using the pump connected to the green bucket which contains a food grade bag for the puree. She noticed the bag inside the bucket wasnt positioned correctly so she went to turn off the pump in order to readjust the bag.
What happened
[REDACTED] began stepping down from the platform. She reacted quickly and stepped down with her left leg at a diagonal angle. As she stepped she reported feeling a sharp pain in her knee which caused her to lose her balance and fall down the steps.
