What happened
EE said that the 45 mins of flight she was in the aft galley a c left and grabbed kettle craft when hot water and steam exploded onto my left hand. Immediately started feeling pain and the back of my hand was red. MedLink was contacted and they advised to open EEMK to get and use burn gel dressing. she was met by medical personnel to meet her upon landing and she was transported to the ER.
