What happened
Upon landing we hit the ground harder than I have ever experienced in 25 years. Out of shock I yelled after hitting my head against the headrest. I felt slight pain in my head and in my neck on the right side. Later that night the pain soreness stiffness spread throughout my entire back making it very difficult to fall asleep. The [REDACTED] I felt more of a sharp pain in my lower left hand side which seemed to later subside later the next day. As of now as I write I still feel a lot of soreness and stiffness through my neck shoulders and mostly upper back.
