What happened
On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] [REDACTED] called to report an injury. [REDACTED] was at [REDACTED] and had just completed a delivery. She bent down to drop the box as she stood up she happened to hit her head on the corner of the mailbox at the location and caused immediate blood to gush down her head. [REDACTED] had perforated her skin on the top of the head and was a bit dazed and confused. Luckily the =homeowners were there and waited with her and checked on how she was doing at the time. [REDACTED] called dispatch and based on what she stated dispatch called the ambulance and sent a fellow driver there to assist with the rest of the route. When the ambulance arrived they transported [REDACTED] to the ER. She was diagnosed with a concussion and they asked her if she wanted some staples which she denied. We gave [REDACTED] some time off and asked her to keep us posted on her condition.
