On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] [REDACTED] called to report that she had sprained her left ankle. [REDACTED] reported to dispatch that she had just completed the delivery for [REDACTED] and had stopped to use the restroom at the market basket. As she was walking back to the vehicle she reported there was uneven ground and as a result she miss stepped and this action caused her to roll her left ankle. [REDACTED] was in immediate pain and called dispatch because she could not place any weight on her ankle. The dispatcher asked her if she needed an ambulance or immediate medical attention and she denied such assistance. The dispatcher then coordinated some help to take the rest of her packages so that she may return safely for the day.
