What happened
[REDACTED] was driving a stand up forklift and was coming to a busy corner of the warehouse (main aisle and screening area) near a rack when another forklift came around the corner with freight. The driver swung around wide to accommodate freight and hit the forklift that [REDACTED] was on. The freight hit is left ankle which is on the opening side of the stand up forklift. He did not signal with his horn that he was in the area either.
