The forklift driver was not following our rules and policies by not wearing his seatbelt driving recklessly and jumping off the vehicle while it was still in motion. The driver was forklift certified [REDACTED] and was fully aware of the expectations for driving a forklift and proper conduct. He is no longer with Expeditors.
