EE was working on machine and using a pipe wrench to remove a pipe

EE was working on machine and using a pipe wrench to remove a pipe. When pulling the pipe wrench towards him the wrench slipped on the pipe and EE stepped back to avoid being hit in the face with his hands and wrench. When EE stepped back EE said the ankle rolled and heard a pop noise. EE notified lead and then safety was contacted for appropriate action. EE requested to go to clinic safety department advised for us to go to the clinic
