Before the incident
While placing tread into the basket basket was over stacked causing 3 rolls in the front of the basket to fall on to the floor.
What happened
[REDACTED] then had to bend over to reroll the treads. He then used the lift assist to place the treads back in the basket. [REDACTED] then went to pull out the next heat. When he came back the treads had fallen out again requiring him to bend over and reroll. In the process of bending and rerolling the tread the TM felt a pull in his lower back.
