I got my arms under both her arms (armpits) and caught her and holding her about halfway to the floor and I yelled for help. Help came in and helped me get her sitting on the bedside. Patient is around 180 pounds and was heavy for me to hold up. My back started burning and hurting. My left thigh feels heated and is numb.
