What happened

EE reported that at [REDACTED] EE was getting the dough cart from the forming room to take back to the dough room the double doors closed on her foot as the EE was passing by tripping the EE. The EE fell on both knees resulting in a light scratch and contusion to both knees. The right calf is the body part that was caught between the two doors EE reported she felt bruising on the right calf. on the day of the accident the EE refused medical on [REDACTED] EE requested medical care and was sent to the local clinic for treatment. Patient was returned fit for duty with restrictions the plant cannot accommodate at the time being.
