What happened
EE was shoveling pork product from the jumbo container until EE saw a co-worker using the pallet jack. EE didn 't expect any trouble from this. EE noticed the lead come to help move the pallet jack into position. EE then noticed the pallet jack moving towards the employee. EE attempted to move out of the way but was hit by the pallet jack on right leg.
