What happened
EE reported to the supervisor that as EE was cleaning with chemicals under a machine reaching as far as EE could EE felt the upper right arm wet and started to feel burning. EE reported that EE was soaked with soap on clothes and EE went to change with dry clothes soon after EE felt a mild burning sensation. EE requested to seek medical care. EE was returned fit for duty with restrictions of no use of left hand.
