EE was working as line attendant
What happened
EE was pushing a cart with a dough bin from the dough room to the forming room. When she was almost at her line the wheel assembly of the cart broke and the cart started to tip. EE attempted to hold the cart upright. Other employees saw what happened and helped keep the cart from tipping. EE felt pain immediately and informed her supervisor of the incident. Supervisor provided first aid and had EE sit for 15 minutes. Supervisor reevaluated and decided to send EE home for the rest of shift to recuperate. On [REDACTED] EE contacted EHS mgr and informed that EE is still feeling pain and would like to visit the clinic.
