Finished working on the sink and was returning to the refrigeration maintenance area. Using the stairs.

Employee was coming down the stairs after working on the sink in the janitor closet and slipped and fell down the stairs. He was carrying Milwaukee Tool case in left hand and right hand was on the handrail. When he started to fall he tried supporting himself with his right arm and twisted his body causing his right shoulder to pop and causing pain in that shoulder.
