Before the incident
Pulling back a bar to try to straighten a pallet on a conveyor belt.
What happened
I saw that a pallet that was twisted on the conveyor going to the wrapper. I turned off all the electrical disconnects and then opened the sliding door to get to the pallet. I grabbed a makeshift bar and placed it in the pallet opening. As I pulled back lost balance and fell backwards and tried to catch myself by placing my right hand down causing an injury to my wrist.
