Jacking up a pallet jack on a pallet of pies to remove them from the Quest stacking area.

What happened

I was jacking up the pallet of pies. All of a sudden something hit me from behind by my ankles and then I blacked out from falling on my back and hitting my head on the pallet. I woke up within seconds with co-worker asking me if I was okay. When I got up was told to go sit down by the wooden pallets. I sat for a few minutes and soon after my neck head and shoulder started hurting. Another EE came over to talk to me and checked on me. I went back to work but my neck and shoulder were hurting too much so I informed that was going to go home.

BOTH LEGS-CONTUSION; HEAD-CONCUSSION: While removing a pallet a forklift operator was picking up other pallets to move to another area. The pallets fell over striking employee on back of legs near feet area causing him to fall backwards on the pallets.
