Associate alleges i was working in decontamination spraying and cleaning my instruments with all the proper equipment grown gloves feet coverings face mask and the shield that you strap around you head i never realized that the mist of the spray was coming under my mask and getting into my eye until my supervisor asked me why my eye was red yes it was bothering me but i didn 't think nothing of it at the time but when she said it i left to go flush my eye out and see for myself flushed it a few times it was very irritable
