Before the incident
[REDACTED] was installing podder netting to the podder belt with cable ties and using a side cutters to cut the ends off the cable ties.
What happened
As he was coming ot the end of the netting where it overlaps he was feeding the loose end of the netting under a cross member and the netting rolled up and broke free and went under his safety glasses and struck his eye.
