Normal Patient Care

Associate alleges I had a very heavy assignment with many turn and repositions and after my last boost of the day I felt my back starting to hurt. I left work and when I got home my upper back shoulder was very sore and somewhat swollen. I tried to ice it and apply heat and nothing seemed to help. It has continued to worsen the more I work and boost patients.
