WHEN I GOT BACK UP FROM LIFTING THE BOX I FELT A SHARP PAIN DWON MY BACK AND HAD A HARD TIME STRAIGHTENING IT. I HAD A HARD TIME WALKING AS WELL. I LATE PUT SOME HOT PACKS TO RELIVE IT BUT IT DIDN 'T HELP.
