Before the incident
Employee was working on the Soffit machine once the job was complete they went to remove the coil.
What happened
While using a hand crank to collapse a door-post mandrel the employee lost control of the crank and it struck their right knee. Immediately after the employee experienced dizziness and briefly lost consciousness striking the back of their hardhat on the roll former guarding. The employee regained consciousness but fainted a second time before being escorted to First Aid for further evaluation.
