Readjusting bags in FWD pit to ensure a level load.
What happened
EE was the agent who loaded [REDACTED]. While readjusting bags in the FWD pit he said he felt something pop in his left shoulder. After coming back across the VSR after pushback I noticed that EE seemed to be in significant discomfort. I asked if he was okay he explained what happened and affirmed that he did want to get checked out by EMS. EMS was called and while waiting for them we applied a bag of ice to his left shoulder. EMS took a look at him and said he didn 't need to be transported but to take a couple of days off to recover and if nothing changed to get it checked out by his doctor or Urgent Care. I connected him with a Sedgewick intake specialist since it looked like EE is going to miss a couple of days.
